We do not lift or load. You are responsible for removing your purchases the day of the sale. If you buy heavy items, bring your own muscle. Sales tax of 7.75% charged on all purchases (Orange County) unless you provide a copy of your valid California resale certificate and fill out our form. All numbers verified on site with the BOE. No excessive haggling or arguing with staff. We endeavor to maintain a pleasant shopping environment for everyone. Please do not email or call asking for prices. THE SALE IS ON EAGLE ROCK WAY AT THE VERY TOP. From PCH please take 3rd (in South Laguna South of the Montage Hotel) and go up hill away from the ocean until you reach Mar Vista and large pine tree...park somewhere in the vicinity. Your navigation may not lead you here...so follow the instructions above and you will have no problem finding the sale and our shuttle point...The shuttle will run from this point (at the large pine tree) back and forth to the house. Please be patient. Sign up sheet at the big pine tree one hour prior to opening.
