If you are the high bidder, you must make immediate payment within 24 hours of the end of the auction. Local bidders may pick their purchases up during our Tuesday night auctions held at 4017 Lagrange St. Toledo, OH 43612 between the hours of 4:30pm and 8:30pm. If you need your items shipped to you, there is a $10.00 shipping, handling and insurance charge for the first item one, plus $1 for each additional item.

AUCTION TERMS & CONDITIONS:
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. These terms and conditions are absolute and cannot be altered or changed in any way. If you cannot follow these terms 100%, you are welcome to stay as a spectator, but do not bid.

BUYERS PREMIUM: A 13% buyers' premium is added to the high bid to establish the final sale price.

SETTLEMENT: Online bidders who are the successful high bidder will be notified within 24 hours after the conclusion of the sale with an email invoice. Payment must be made within 24 hours of the invoice being delivered. If you are tax exempt, we must have a tax exempt form on file for you.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL: No returns or exchanges are accepted once the Auctioneer accepts the buyer's final winning bid. Once the item is sold, the winning bidder becomes the new owner of the item and has effected a legally binding contract which cannot be altered or voided.

NO WARRANTIES: All items are sold as is, where is without warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied as to the quality, character or condition.

INSPECTION: The buyer agrees to rely exclusively on his/her pre-auction personal inspection of the property.

DELIVERY OF GOODS: Buyer may pick up their purchased items on Mondays from 11am-3pm, Tuesdays from 4:30pm-8pm, or by appointment. If buyer requires item(s) to be shipped, additional shipping/handling/insurance charges will be applied. For larger items, buyer will need to arrange their own shipping services.

REMOVAL: Buyer agrees to remove all purchased property from the auction site the night of the auction or within 2 weeks. The Buyer is fully responsible for the expense and risk of the removal of property and for any damage to property or injury to persons caused by themselves, their agents or employees that occurs during the removal of the property. Items remaining for 2 or more weeks is considered abandoned and becomes the property of Montrie Auction & Estate Service L.L.C. Any such items will be resold or disposed of without any reimbursement or refund to the buyer.
