Payment is to be made with wire transfer ($25 processing fee). Full payment is to be made within 24 hours of the conclusion of this auction. Items will not be released until payment in full has been received and cleared. All sales final, no refunds, partial payments will not be accepted.

Inspection is encouraged by appointment Monday-Friday, 8 am – 2 pm.

Buyers will be required to sign bill of sale/receipt to confirm understanding of these terms before items are released.
SELLER AND THEIR REPRESENTATIVES (hereafter "SELLER") DO NOT PROVIDE ANY CERTIFICATION OF ANY SORT WHATSOEVER AS TO THE ASSETS. SELLER MAKES NO WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, RELATED TO THE ASSETS, AND SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF EVERY TYPE, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. BUYER HEREBY WAIVES ANY AND ALL CLAIMS OF ANY TYPE AGAINST SELLER, KNOWN OR UNKNOWN, PRESENTLY EXISTING OR HEREINAFTER ARISING, WHICH IN ANY WAY RELATE TO THE SALE, APPLICATION, OR OTHER USE OF THE ASSETS. BUYER HEREBY AGREES TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS SELLER FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, DAMAGES, LIABILITIES, COSTS, OR EXPENSES THAT IN ANY WAY ARISE OUT OF OR RELATE TO THE ASSETS FOLLOWING THE EXECUTION HEREOF. IN NO EVENT SHALL SELLER HAVE ANY LIABILITY WHATSOEVER ARISING FROM OR IN ANY MANNER RELATED TO THE SALE, APPLICATION, OR OTHER USE OF THE ASSETS, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

PICKUP: Items must be picked up within 7 days from auction date unless other arrangements have been made.Storage and/or relocation fees of $25 per day would accrue on any item left longer than that without arrangements having been made to leave longer.
