We brought in TWO new residential estates for our last remote sale event of 2019. We provide estate sale services to the tr-county area for homeowners who reside in HOA communities that do not allow on-site sales, so we pick up their entire estates and sell them at our remote venue the same way we would sell them on-site. That allows us to carry-over unsold items from previous estates for a 3-week period, which means that you benefit from the vast inventory and ever-reducing prices as the sales progress. Our clients benefit by enjoying a more thorough liquidation of their items. This week there are more than FIFTEEN residential estates represented with TWO new ones just this week and many more to come in early January!
Here are some of our sales this week:
1. 35% Off the ticketed prices on most new-in-box gold and silver estate jewelry, (hundreds of pieces) 2. 75% Off the ticketed prices on all couches, love-seats, dining room sets, mis-matched chairs, wall-art & more, (Even those with a RESERVE PRICE) 3. Additionally, almost every other item in our indoor and outdoor venues will be 50% Off the ticketed prices ALL THREE SALE DAYS.
We also have a nice lot of gold scrap, silver scrap, coins and more, (regular prices apply).
