The holiday weekends slowed us down a little, but we still eked out three new estates this week, including lots of new smalls, tools, collectibles, Big & Tall clothing, area rugs, tools, vintage items, antiques, collectibles and more. You just never know what you're going to find!
Additionally, because of our remoter sale methodology, there are ALWAYS overlapping estates for sale in our Remote Sale venue. When we accept a remote sale, we give that client a minimum of three weeks of sale exposure, meaning they sell more of their items, and we have more items to sell ALL THE TIME. Add those remaining and overlapping items to a fresh inventory weekly, and there is ALWAY something new to look at.
We specialize in REMOTE sales. There are dozens of high-end properties in Lake, Marion and Sumter Counties that do not allow on-site sales. We pack, load and transport those items to OUR venue and sell them there exactly the same way we would if we did an on-site sale. The difference is, you get to see the new ones and the carry-overs all in one place EVERY WEEK!
