Payment Terms & Conditions
Accepted forms of payment are Cash, Check, Credit Cards or Paypal. Invoices with the Balance Due totaling $500.00 or more will be restricted to Cash or Credit Card payment methods only. Company Checks and Out of State Checks are not accepted. Credit Cards accepted are MasterCard, Visa and Discover Card. Sales Tax will be collected where applicable. Payment will be collected at the time of pickup. If Items are to be shipped, arrangements and payment are required prior to the end of the scheduled pick up date and time. We have a buyers premium of 10% added to the end of your invoice. A 3% transaction fee will be charged for all credit card and Paypal Transactions. Buyers Premium A buyers premium of 10% is added to the end of each invoice this is to cover the cost of the bidding platform, marketing, administration etc. Sales Taxes Ohio residence only, a sales tax my be applicable for items in warehouse locations unless you have a tax exempt certificate on file with our company. Shipping Terms We always encourage items to be picked up in person, but if that is not an option we can ship small items directly from our warehouse, we can add the shipping charge directly to your invoice. For larger items, after your invoice has been paid in full we will take them to a professional shipping company who will contact you directly for shipping charges. We charge a $10.00 fee to take items to the shipper, we do not ship furniture or large items. Terms & Conditions Bidders are responsible for their own removal of items purchased. Items cannot be transferred to an alternate location. Therefore, it is necessary to pick up the items on the date and time stated. Any items NOT picked up by the set time will be considered abandoned. No refunds or charge backs will be granted due to lack of removal at designated times. Removal shall be at the expense, liability, and risk of the purchaser. Purchases will be released upon payment. No items will be released without a paid email receipt. Loading assistance MAY BE available if specified, IF NOT please be prepared to bring help and equipment to load your items. For small items, please bring sufficient packing materials and boxes. In the case of an emergency and you are unable to make it to the pickup, PLEASE CALL the Auction Manager BEFORE the scheduled pickup time to let them know that you are unable to make it. However, you may send someone to pick up your items on your behalf, but you must call the Auction Manager to let them know in advance. In the event of a discrepancy of an item, the Buyer must notify our onsite staff at the pickup. Once items are removed from location, the Auction Company and Buyer agree that no adjustment or refund will be made. CAUTION: Varied equipment may be joined for demonstration purposes. Do not assume a lot consists of more than one item simply because they are connected or pictured together. Please inspect the lot numbers and read the descriptions. Catalog Inaccuracies: You are bidding on the described items NOT the photos. Occasionally the wrong photo is displayed always read the item description. Warranty & Condition of Items Sold: All items are sold "AS IS, WHERE IS, with NO WARRANTY expressed or implied by the lot number affixed to the item. Dolls: Vintage Madame Alexander doll "Miss Thailand", 7 1/2" tall, hard plastic, strung jointed with all original costume in good condition. Barbie Doll clothes, furniture, and accessories. These are from the last 25-30 years or from the 1980's to present. This is a very large lot. Madeline Dolls in case with clothes & ornament. Case 12" X 7" X 6". Two vinyl dolls 7 1/2" tall with accessories as pictured. 4" ornament. Friends 2B Made dolls by Build-A-Bear, lot of 8. Six of these are nude except for their undies, 2 are dressed, measure 15-16" tall. Nice condition. New in package Holly Hobbie Fashions, and 2 new in package Ty Gear for Beanie Kids "Party Tyme" & "School Days". 18" Robert Tonner Magic Attic Doll "Heather" with wood doll trunk that has built-in armoire drawers, and vanity with stool, murphy-style bed with bedding. The trunk had a crack that has been repaired and someone painted the name and initial on the front and also painted over what looks like decals. The doll is high quality vinyl and was not available for purchase from mass marketed retail stores. She is strung jointed with a wig and comes with a variety of artfully custom made clothing as well as 3 pair of shoes (one of the red shoes has the fastening knob missing). This is a very nice collection. Mattel La Cherie II 1983 Sekiguchi collectible doll. She has a cloth body with very nice vinyl head, arms & legs. Wears her original clothing and has her original wrist tag. Doll baby crib, old pink painted wood with a covered mattress pad. Measures 19 1/2" long X 11 1/2" wide X 15" tall. There is some paint wear from age. American Girl Bitty Baby doll rocking horse that plays windup music. Measures 20 1/2" long X 8 1/2" wide X 13 1/2" tall, it is missing one of the straps and has some minor scuffs. This is was retired by American Girl. Wood doll swing. Frame measures 20 1/2" tall X 19" wide X 11" deep. Swing measures 11 1/2" wide, seat is 5 1/2" deep & the back is 6" high. This is in very good condition with just a couple of paint rubs. Wood doll armoire, measures 22" tall X 15" wide X 5 3/4" deep. This does have some wear, there is a chip of wood missing on the back corner and some scuffs and nicks here and there. "Loving Steps" 1990 Porcelain bisque dolls by W.S.George, artist Sandra Kuck in original box with COA, part of the limited edition Moments of Motherhood series. There is a mother doll with a smaller child doll still in the box, looks like neither of these were ever displayed. Lot of small bisque dolls. Princess Diana doll marked #6064 in back, Russ November doll with tag, unmarked chubby baby with loose stringing, Jocelyn Mostrom signed doll in paper dress, larger doll from Soft Expression holding basket (basket is damaged). Fine Art: Vintage lithograph print by Thomas Peters lake, titled "Blue Waters", measures 14" X 11 1/2". Etchings by Manuell. Set of 2 signed and numbered art etchings. #87-125 Payaso, #88-125 Cantador. Contemporary art from H.S. Los Angeles, framed for Lomard's. Frames measures 13 3/4" square. Audubon Prints, set of 2, matted and framed. One is a Cowpen Bird, the other is a Pin Tailed Duck. both are 16 3/4" X 12 3/4", nice condition. Lithograph, matted & framed, titled "San Pietro - Roma", looks like the artists name is Valentino. Framed by Gallery 2 in Westgate Mall, Brockton Mass. Measures 17 1/2" X 13 3/4". Nice condition. Glass, China, Pottery: Fenton Puss'n'boots art glass shoe, old foil paper label. White hobnail 6" long. No chips or cracks, some of the paper label is missing. 3 Pink Depression glass stems and 1 pink depression glass creamer. The stems have an etched flower pattern. The creamer has a pressed flower pattern. Stems are beautifully blown and measure 6 1/2" tall. There may be a tiny bubble, no chips or cracks. The creamer has no chips or cracks and measures 3 1/4" tall, it has some tape residue on the bottom. McCoy Stoneware Pitcher nearly 9 1/2" tall. Has the 1939 McCoy USA mark. No chips or cracks, cream colored glaze with fine speckling. Vintage Cameron Clay Planter "Mare overlooking foal". Measures 9" wide X 5 1/2" tall. Believed to be rare because of the glaze colors. Usually they were made in a solid green or pink. There are no chips or cracks. Light crazing, no identifying marks. 3 Vintage Children's planter/vases. Lamb with butterfly on spring 5 1/2" tall X 5 1/4" wide. Boy with bowling ball & pin 6" tall X 4 1/4" wide (this planter has some cold paint with small chip on rim & thin spots). Angel head-vase/wall-pocket 3 1/2" tall X 9 1/4" wide, this one can be hung on the wall or used on surface. None of these are marked. Fostoria Amber Coin glass covered candy dish. 6 3/4" tall (with lid) X 4 1/4" across the top. Very fine condition. Fostoria Ruby Red Coin glass covered candy dish. 6 1/2" tall X 4 1/4" across. Very fine condition. Owl Creek Pottery swan vase with original tag & marked on the bottom. Tall vase with a beautiful matte sand glaze finish. Tip of the beak has been repaired but is very difficult to see. Fostoria Amber Coin glass open bowl. 7 1/2" across X 3 1/2" tall. Very fine condition. Vintage Monmouth Pottery Cookie Jar. Boy with open rear door pj's. 7" tall X 7 1/2" across (9" tall with lid). Very nice condition. Vintage Cordial/Shot glasses, 3 stemmed cordial glasses 3 3/4" tall (a couple of small scratches), 4 footed shot glasses 2 3/4" tall. Very nice condition. Fiesta bowls, set of 4 off-white. Made in USA, 5 1/2" across X 2" deep. Nice condition. Vintage Hazelware (Hazel Atlas) 6 ounce juice glasses. Two sets of four green juice glasses in original packaging. 2 " deep. Very nice. Ruby Red Glass Bowl & Round Platter. Platter is 13 1/4" across. Bowl is 10 1/4" across X 4 1/2" tall. This is a beautiful set. The bowl has a rough pontil mark on bottom. Vintage Vogue Window-box pottery planter. 15" X 4 1/2" X 3 1/4". Green glaze with yellow splatter dots. Marked on the bottom Vogue USA #705-L. Perfect size planter for kitchen window herbs. Very nice condition. Vintage Harkerware Chesterton Plates, cups & saucers, sugar & creamer. These are in the Pate Gray glaze. There are 2 plates 9 1/2", 2 saucers 6 1/2", 2 cups 2 3/4" tall X 3 1/4" across, 1 sugar with lid and one creamer. One of the dinner plates has a couple little nicks on the edge, there is light crazing. Very nice condition. Vintage Advertising Glass Tumblers & tall Tea glasses. 3 Cobalt Labatt blue, 2 Borden Burger, 1 Coke, 1 7-Up, 1 Burger King, 1 Paul Bunyan Show, 1 POM, and 2 tall floral tea glasses. No chips or cracks. (Paul Bunyan is a little cloudy looking). Vintage juice glasses, White Castle cup, Care Bears cup, and 2 other cups all in good condition. Vintage Thumbprint colored glass tumblers, some of these are slightly different sizes and are probably different manufacturers. These could be Mosser or Anchor. There are 8 emerald, 3 cobalt blue, 1 lighter blue, 2 ruby red, 1 lighter red, 2 green and 1 amber (18 total). Very nice condition, a couple have some rough edges around pedestal part but not very visible. Set of 4 Coca Cola large mugs and 2 Padilla mugs. 2 sets of 6 vintage glass tumblers, 1 set is with a spring floral pattern the other is a fall leaf pattern. They are about 5" tall and are in great condition. Old Camel teapot with a bamboo handle, made in Japan. There is some crazing. Measures 9 1/2" long X 5" tall (at lid) X 4 1/4" wide. Vintage pink depression glass bowls with handles. These bowls are the same style though they are different sizes and one is slightly darker looking than the other. There are no chips or cracks, they are very nice. The larger bowl measures 7 1/2" across @ handles X near 6" across X near 1 1/2" deep and the smaller bowl is 7" across @ handles X 5 1/2" across X 2" deep. Lot of kitchen items, large glass fish platter "Vetro Fantasia" made in Italy 15" X 13". Set of small glass S & P shakers, 2 stainless steel tea balls, large tea ball for pot, small tea ball for cup, and one package of food warmer candles (burns up to 8 hours). Holiday, Sewing, Crafts: Santa door stop, cast iron, 9 1/2" tall. Not sure of the age (could possibly be reproduction).There are no identifying marks. Very nice condition. Vintage Sewing Patterns for crafts, doll clothes, 35 patterns total. Sewing Patterns over 100 patterns, some vintage, ladies, kids, men, huge lot. Vintage Christmas Tree Color Wheel in original box. The light works, needs a smaller bulb. The color plates have some edge damage and need some help. Vintage Christmas tree stand with base light. Red plastic base with 3 bulbs and plug cord for light strands built into base. There are 3 screws to hold the tree in place. This stand does not hold water and believed to be a stand for the old tinsel trees or artificial trees. The cord has an on/off switch. Measures 12 3/4" across the bottom and 6 1/2" tall. The lights work, this is a very nice tree stand. Vintage Light up Christmas star, made in USA. Has some cracks and some of the red edge missing. there was a bend on the bottom of star that has been repaired with a piece of cardboard. The light works. Measures 29" long X 19 1/2" wide X 2 1/2" deep. The light works. Vintage Christmas tin can full of vintage glass ornaments & vintage silver tinsel. 20 of the glass ornaments are from the 1950s as well as the tinsel. The tinsel did not come in the plastic container that it now sits in. The can has movable metal handles and it measures 15" tall X 12" across. Can is marked Bertel Can Co., Wilkes-Barre, PA. Cigar box full of beads, glass, wood, plastic, shells, organic. There are small containers full of beads and many loose beads. The beads are in various sizes and shapes, round, square, oval, etc. Nice variety for crafting. The cigar box latch is broken. Old sewing box full of needles, thread, buttons, measuring tape, pincushion, scissors, sewing tools and lots of other sewing stuff. 2 trays full. Box measures 14" X 9" X 8 1/2", also has carrying handle. The latch works but sometimes comes loose when picking up. Box is heavy. Barbie Beauty Center 1972 Mattel with growing hair Barbie styling head. Comes with 8 rollers (one does not have outer clip), warranty card and one makeup handle. The head is in very good condition. Box has been taped and shows wear. Mighty Mo 1973 Ideal Toy Corp bulldozer. This his friction action where you push it forward and let go and it slowly moves on its own. The dozer blade is adjustable. This is in good condition but there are 2 cracks on the back (see pictures). Vintage 1976 Kenner Bionic Woman fashion size doll with some accessories. Doll has a melt hole on her right arm near elbow. 1964 Kenner Easy Bake Oven with original box. Oven is yellow with 3 metal baking pans, metal spatula, mixing bow, mixing spoon, wood rolling pin and recipe book, Box shows some wear and one corner has been taped. Mixed lot of vintage toys, battery operated poodle dog mad in Japan (some wear from age and not tested), Tootsie Toy bus & ambulance (USA, some paint wear), Pistol flashlight (made in Hong Kong & not tested), unmarked troll doll, composition/wood/plastic latino puppets (no strings), hobo puppet (wood, needs string reattached), Cookie Monster plush hand puppet (older) and Donald Duck bobble-head (Kellogg's premium). Vintage, Rare Collectibles: Beautiful 1950's head vase, Napcoware Japan import. 8 1/2" - 9" tall with original earrings & necklace, wonderful face color. No chips or cracks, extraordinary condition for age. Vintage Wall-pocket, green straw hat, 9" long X 8 1/4" wide. Unknown maker but it has an anchor on the crown of the hat. Vintage chalkware dog bank, marked Mexico. Never used as a bank and it has to be broken to remove any money, 12" tall, very minor paint nicks. Vintage Walt Disney Dumbo cookie jar 4 in 1 turnabout. Nearly 14" tall, the lid has 2 faces, jar has 2 bodies. Very old with cold paint, some paint loss overall, chip on the rim & edge near rim, some glaze wear and crazing. This is not a common cookie jar. Antique amethyst glass tumbler with gold trim and "Columbus, O." in script. The script looks like silver. There is some wear on the gold, a small scratch on one scallop edge and a chip on the bottom. Measures 4" tall. Pair of Weller vases. Near 8 1/2" tall in a soft matte green glaze with either wild rose or dogwood flower on the front, double handles. Weller pottery closed in 1948 and these are believed to be earlier than 1948. There are no chips or cracks but there is some crazing. Donald Duck baby feeding dish. 8" X 6 1/2" X 2 1/2" (not including head). Nice pink glaze, the head is missing the cork ring. Remove the head to fill with hot water. No chips or cracks. Pair of Chalkware Clown wall-plaques. One is marked "Gift Gallery" Japan. There is damage to the back of one head, some chipping. One has mohair hair and one has yarn hair. Measures 7-7 1/2" tall X 4-4 1/2" wide. Very cute and the damage to the back would not be visible when hanging on wall. Vintage Siamese Cat Figurine with blue rhinestone eyes, pink rhinestones on collar, sanded glaze finish. Marked Calif USA. 6 5/8" tall. The right eye is greener than the left and there is a hairline craze or crack on bottom that runs up the side. Very nice vintage figurine. Vintage Walt Disney Products Snow White & the Seven Dwarfs. Large pottery set of Snow White & 7 Dwarfs figures. Snow White measures 9 1/2" tall X 13" wide, the dwarfs range in size from 7 3/4" to 9 1/4" tall. All are high glaze white with gold accents. The bluebird on Snow Whites finger is a lightweight material & was glued on originally but is detached and needs re-glued. It was temporarily taped for the purpose of taking pictures. Very nice set. Merry Mushroom Canisters, Shakers, curtains & wall plaque. 3 canisters measuring 10 3/4" tall, 7 3/4" tall and 6 1/2" tall (the small canister has a small chip inside lid rim). 4 shakers measuring 4 3/4" tall. Wall plaques are 11 1/2" (one plaque has a couple of small chips). 2 curtain panels each measures 36" long X 29 3/4" wide. Nice vintage set. Vintage Ladies Compacts lot of 11. Range in size from just under 2" to near 3 1/2". 9 of these are compacts, 1 is a mirror compact, 1 is a photo compact. Some of these have old residue from stickers or tape (can be removed). Elvis Musical Decanter, 1977 American Porcelain by McCormick. This decanter is empty but once contained 86 proof straight bourbon whiskey. Winds on the bottom and has a shut off switch. It is in fine condition with original box and Certificate of Authenticity. Vintage Cast Iron Calling Card Receiver. These card receivers were used when visiting a home, the visitor would place their card (name & address) in the shallow bowl or tray. This card receiver has a flat head screw on the bottom and is marked 1236B and has an illegible name, the bottom of the bowl is 1236-C-1197-1. This is very ornate and looks like there are Greek Gods & Goddesses of the sea, possibly Neptune & Amphitrite?? Very good condition, minor wear to the black finish. There are some small black pads on the bottom so as not to scratch surfaces (easily removed). Mason jar full of vintage marbles, shooters, varying sizes and types of marbles. Steiff Mohair Bear with growler and button in ear measuring 14" in very good condition. Lion also thought to be a Steiff measuring 14" long from tail to nose, he has no ear button but is older than the bear and is in good condition. Brass & Cast Iron Miniatures. Some of them have removable lids, some are very heavy. All are in good condition. Some are made in India. Vintage tin flower basket. Measures 7" X 6 1/4" across and 22" from base to top of handle. There is minor paint wear but is very nice. |
