LOCATED A COUPLE OF MILES OFF I-59 AT EXIT 97, THIS BUILDING IS CONVENIENT TO THOSE IN TUSCALOOSA AND BIRMINGHAM! Ray & Gordon had auctions in this building for years and it was a very popular sale with a wide variety of items for sale. We are going to open the doors at 6pm July 12th and start holding the same type of auction that so many folks loved to attend. My name is Jamie Presley and although I have been a licensed auctioneer since 1998, I have freelanced my service to help out other auctions around West-Central Alabama. Now I am ready to take it one step further and open my own auction house. Along with my wife Robin and our wonderful staff we have been conducting estate sales since 2001. We have calls every week to look at estates. While some estates don't have enough items to warrant an estate sale, we wanted to offer an avenue for those clients to liquidate their items so what better way than to sell at an auction?? Along with consignments and furniture from individuals, our auction will include estate items. We will have this auction once a month so we can also concentrate on our estate sale business as well as the auction. Who knows, eventually the auction might go to every 2 weeks.
