It is not fair to the other customers or the Homeowner if somebody comes through and tags MANY items, then waits and "decides" which ones they are actually going to buy later. Others may have left thinking it was sold, and we could lose the sale for our Sweet Homeowner. ***J&S Estate Sales does not own a resale shop, booth, consignment store (or other), so all items are sold on the Estate's premises during posted sale hours only. SAVE THE DATE, as the is "THE" Estate Sale of August !!! This Sweet lady / Family (who lives on the 3rd floor of this beautiful downton loft building....2 buildings put together!) is closing her Antique and Collectable Store, and needs it ALL TO GO during our 4 day Estate Sale....so you will be able to get a ton of unique Antique, & Collectible furniture pieces and thousands of other TREASURES all at our usual ESTATE SALE PRICES !!! We got to visit with them for just a short peroiod, and all the TREASURES ARE TRULY OVERWHELMING !!!!
I will "try" to list as many as possible (and see PICTURES), but ALL PICTURES AND DESCRIPTIONS WILL BE UPDATED IN THE COUPLE WEEKS BEFORE THE SALE as we begin our prepping process.
