About Corona Virus Concerns, (CoVid-19)

Our company is very concerned with the safety of our staff, or clients and our visitors as it pertains to current Corona Virus concerns.

Our work as professional liquidators is important to so many people and to so many other local industries, homeowners, lawyers, closing companies, realtors, mortgage companies, banks, second-hand shop owners, etc.

Probate lawyers, home sellers and realtors look to us to timely dispose of household items and to clear homes that are sold and subject to sensitive closing dates, etc.  Ours is an essential and time-sensitive service.

During this time of concern we are taking extraordinary steps to secure the safety of our staff and our shoppers.  We are instituting several new policies that will help to reduce the chance of cross-infection or passing along of the Corona Virus.

1.         We will be hosting some of our future on-site sales to include "pre-sell" of certain advertised items.  That will allow us to keep a single healthy employee at an on-site location to allow a shopper to come in by appointment to pay for and pick up items of interest.

2.         When/if we advertise an on-site sale as open to the public, we will impose a limit on the number of people allowed inside at a given time, and we will institute and enforce limitations to help separate shoppers by the CDC recommended distance minimum of six feet.  We will do that in our checkout lines as well.

3.         Additionally, we will have employees constantly wiping down surfaces with disinfectants, wearing gloves and masks, offering on-site wipes and hand sanitizers at all venues, offering NO-TOUCH Point of Sale Systems that do not require you to sign or otherwise touch the POS unit when using a credit card for payment.

These are just a few of the measures we are taking, and we will of course reserve the absolute right to cease a sale or to alter the terms and/or condition(s) of any of our sales due to rapidly changing conditions.

Shoppers can do their part by not attending any of our sales if you have ANY symptoms of a viral infection, fever, chills, congestion, cough, sneezing, fatigue, etc.  If you have symptoms, STAY HOME and do not chance infecting others.

Together we will do our best to provide a safe and enjoyable sale environment.  Thank you for your patience and understanding during this difficult time.

REGARDING The Corona Virus:  We have taken many precautions to provide a clean and safe shopping environment.  We are constantly wiping down surfaces, using aerosol disinfectants in the air and on surfaces.  Our employees are wearing gloves and we have eliminated the need to sign and touch our POS system when you use a credit card as payment.  Our restrooms are also being cleaned and disinfected hourly.  We are doing everything we can do to give you a safe shopping environment.  PLEASE DO YOUR PART and do not visit our facility if you have a fever or cold or flu-like symptoms.  We appreciate your patronage.
