GOOD NEWS – We are still allowed to host our online auctions, as long as we adhere to the current COVID-19 guidelines. If this status changes, no worries - we will just reschedule the pickup days. There will be no Preview for this auction. All pickup procedures will be sent to winning bidders. Note – all items in Lots must be taken.

We feel very fortunate to be able to continue to offer our clients’ lifelong treasures for sale during these crazy times. All of us at CTBids continue to hope and pray that you and your family are safe and healthy. Rest assured that our auction pickup procedures will be safe as well.
WOW – with 275 Lots, we have been very busy! This auction will be open longer than normal in order to give you plenty of time to look at all the lots and pictures. Many lots with many treasures - take your time and enjoy. Our client was an avid collector. And she took great care of her things with items still in boxes or wrapped carefully. You will find some lots with mystery tubs, because we just couldn’t unwrap everything. One of her favorites were dolls. We lotted some vintage dolls we thought you might like to bid on – like Barbies, Madame Alexander, Cabbage Patch, Lee Middleton, Trolls, Kachinas, Gund, Campbell Soup Kids, Annette Himstedt, plus great doll furniture. But we are also looking for a collector that might be interested in buying 570 other dolls that are new in their boxes! Please contact Cate at CateNeilson@gmail.com if interested in seeing pictures and discussing further. We are also offering some great furniture pieces in this auction – empire chest, displays, marble-top tables, Victorian sofa & chairs, bookcases, storage shelving, and more. And as always, some unique vintage finds. Plus an abundance of useful, everyday items like linens, bedding, pillows, kitchen tools, dishes, fans, lamps, pictures, organizing items, along with hats, purses, and great décor.
This auction will start closing on Thursday, April 16th at 7:00pm. (With so many lots, they will be flying off the site quickly. We highly recommend that you place Maximum Bids so you don’t miss anything.) Winning bidders will be invoiced electronically that evening. This invoice will include a button for check-out using PayPal or credit card. You may also call with your credit card information. (We would prefer no cash or checks for now due to sanitary reasons.) Then, look for an email from us detailing all pickup procedures. You will be required to make a reservation for a specific pickup time, using the provided link. Note – we may dedicate Saturday pickups for lots of smaller items only. This will make it easier to remove furniture on Sunday. Remember, you can have someone else come pickup for you, plus we will be offering a delivery service to our Lexington warehouse, Front Door Delivery service, and standard shipping. If there is a high chance for rain on our pickup days, we may have to change the dates. Since it is our goal to clear the house, you will be required to take all items in your winning Lots. If you think you won items in this auction and do not see an invoice email from us on Thursday night, please go check your Junk email folder or sign onto the auction site, go to My Account, then Invoices to see your new invoice. Note – we do not hold credit card information, so you must take action to pay your invoice.
