This house has an upstairs and basement. All of the woodworking items are located in the garage with easy access. The basement is a walk-out. There is some furniture on the 2nd floor. All items MUST be picked up during our scheduled Pick-Up - Sunday, June 29th from 2-6pm. Please do not bid, if you cannot pick-up on our scheduled pick-up day. Feel free to use our delivery services OR have a friend pick-up for you. Note: alternate pick-up day, Monday, June 30th at 2pm by appointment only. Or if you have a last-minute emergency, email us. Caring Transitions is under no obligation to meet any special requests, but will do our best to assist you, as long as you communicate with us. Late Fees/Storage Fees: ANY late pick-ups (even when you contact us) will incur the following late fees: $10 for small items and $20 for large items (furniture, mattresses, etc). NO items will be held for more than 5 days from the regular pick-up time. Late fees must be paid in cash at time of pick-up. If the 5-day window has passed or if you miss a late pick-up appointment, your items will be considered abandoned and no refund will be given. Pick-up Instructions: All pick-ups will take place at the house. The exact address will be included on all invoices sent out Tue night after the auction closes. This house has an upstairs and basement. All of the woodworking items are located in the garage with easy access. The basement is a walk-out. There is some furniture on the 2nd floor. All items MUST be picked up during our scheduled Pick-Up - Sunday, June 29th from 2-6pm. Please do not bid, if you cannot pick-up on our scheduled pick-up day. Feel free to use our delivery services OR have a friend pick-up for you. Note: alternate pick-up day, Monday, June 30th at 2pm by appointment only. NOTE - PLEASE BRING ENOUGH HELP TO LIFT, CARRY AND LOAD YOUR ITEMS. We will not have loading help on the premises. Shipping - YES: Our shipping arrangements are simple, using a professional shipping company without a bunch of added fees. If shipping is desired, please email us at AuctionLex@gmail.com prior to auction close. We need to know that you will be using our shipping service if you win any lots. Our shipper will pick-up, pack, ship and bill for your items. The shipper will offer two quotes from the lowest cost carriers. We have gotten feedback that our shipper does excellent work packing breakables. Of course you do have to pay for bubble wrap and packing services. You may discuss shipping preferences directly with the shipper. There are no additional CT charges for this service, plus a 10% discount will be given on all shipping for this auction. Please call if you need this service. Local Delivery - YES: We have also arranged a convenient and cost-effective delivery service. Extra fees for pianos, clocks, larger/heavy loads. A delivery day will be arranged - most likely for Friday. There are no additional CT charges for this service. Cash payment will be due to the movers at time of delivery
