*Sale/Gates opens 9am Friday. Open to the public. No sign up sheet.
*Because our homes are filled with goods we ask that no large purses, bags, backpacks or strollers are brought into the sale. If you would like to bring your own shopping bag, we will check it on entering and exiting.
*We accept Cash, Credit and Debit. (Credit over $10 Visa, MC, Discover and Amex)
*All sales are final and merchandise is sold "AS IS" "WHERE IS" with No Returns, Refunds, or Exchanges. If you would like to purchase an item that you see in our photos, be waiting in line when we open, we are not able to sell ahead of the actual sale opening and we cannot "hold" items until you arrive.
* We are unable to provide pricing prior to the sale and due to the busy activities during a sale, we are sometimes unable to provide prices during the sale. If you are interested in a price or an item at the sale, it is best to come directly to the sale.
*The Moving and Loading of Items/Furniture purchased are always the Buyers Responsibility. Please bring your own wrap, boxes, muscle, blankets and rope as needed. We do our best to provide wrap, boxes and bags. All purchased merchandise must be removed from the property by the close of the sale unless other arrangements have been made in writing by the business owner.
*You are entering all our sales and properties at your own risk, The Great Estate is not responsible for any accidents, liabilities, or claims and we reserve the right to limit entry when deemed necessary.
*Children are always welcome but must be supervised at all times.

We will offering hand sanitizer at entry. Masks are not required, however they are preferred.  So, please bring your own mask.  If you are SICK or Feel Sick or have been around someone that is SICK - Please stay home and DO NOT COME!! 

As always you are entering the premises at your own risk. This is a very small home, that is very full.  We reserve the right to LIMIT entry per state regulations and suggestions. We will do the best we can to safely allow entry and shopping, and ask that you respect others and be conscious and observe social distancing recommendations.  You are entering a private home please treat everyone as you want to be treated.
