WE WILL BE FOLLOWING ALL SOCIAL DISTANCING AND RECOMMENDED PROTOCOLS DURING THIS SALE BECAUSE OF THE ONGOING CORONAVIRUS PANDEMIC AND THE NEED TO KEEP OUR STAFF AND YOU, THE CUSTOMER SAFE.  A MASK WILL BE REQUIRED TO ENTER THE PREMISES.  IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A MASK, YOU WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE.  THERE WILL BE A LIMITED SUPPLY OF MASKS AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE FOR $1.00 EACH.  WE WILL ALSO HAVE HAND SANITIZER AVAILABLE UPON ENTRY.  ALL HARD SURFACES IN THE PREMISES HAVE BEEN DISINFECTED AND WILL CONTINUE TO BE WIPED DOWN THROUGHOUT THE DAYS OF THE SALE.

ATTENDING AN ESTATE SALE IS STRICTLY A VOLUNTARY ACT.  ALL ATTENDEES ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DECISION TO PARTICIPATE AND FOR THEIR OWN WELL BEING AND THAT OF OTHERS IN REGARD TO THE GUIDELINES CURRENTLY IN PLACE.  IF YOU ARE ILL, PLEASE STAY HOME, GET WELL AND WE WILL LOOK FORWARD TO SEEING YOU WHEN YOU ARE FEELING BETTER AT A FUTURE SALE!

Because the house is sold and the new owners did not want lots of people walking on the light colored carpet we have relocated the contents of the home to the garage and a large workshop on the property.  There is also a she-shed for you to shop in.  Come enjoy a drive in the beautiful countryside this weekend!
