We have an EPIC Western Estate Sale here in Valley Center (Valley Center is between Fallbrook & Escondido).  It is a 4-Day sale because this place is packed! Just when you thought it couldn't get any better, the homeower just included the HOUSE too! Now it's really mind blowing! (The house is just 5 miles from both Valley View & Harrah's Casino so come, spend the night and make it a vacation!)

ALL of the yard train items, including the HUGE train, which is actually a water tank, but still super great, are included as well as the Mining Carts and decor! The Train Station includes lots of railroad signs, trunks, insulators, decor, super rare MOBO horses, vintage wagons, Tonka Truck, Oak Table w/ Chairs, desk, other vintage chairs, lots of geodes, pyrite rocks and more!

MEXICAN SILVER SADDLE JUST ADDED! We had a last minute additioin of a gorgeous Mexican Sillver Parade Saddle, Bridle, Breast Collar and Spurs.  Bit & Spurs weremade by Garcia.  This saddle was ridden in over 200+ parades and has won 200+ awards.  The saddle set was appraised at over $12k.  The spurs have been appraised at over $5k. BEAUTIFUL!

The House, which has just been added, is loaded! There is great western furniture included leather sofa, great wagon wheel coffee table, lots of nice vintage cabinets, buffet cabinets, china cabinets, bookcases, beautiful Hoosier baking table, beautiful leather dining table, tiger oak antique dressers, end tables, lamps, tons of really nice artwork, dozens of crocks, jugs, statues and so much more!

The General Store is packed with lots of vintage food tins, tobacco tins, bottles, wooden crates, medicine bottles, jars, vintage shaving items, Hoosier Baking Table, Hoosier Baking Cabinet, vintage cooking utensils, porcelain bowls, pots and pans, vanity items, button jars, decorative items, vintage candy and gumball machines, wood crates, metal pails / wash tubs, and so much more!

The Saloon has a beatiful long bar w/ brass footrail, vintage leather barstools, ornate cash register, beautiful ornate pot belly stove, lots of barware, vintage bottles, wooden barrells, an AMAZING 7ft. Store Front Cigar Indian, lots of Beer signs, a rare Borox 20 mule team w/ wagon, Anheuser Bush Clydedale Wagon, several vintage scales, Lots of Artwork, vintage posters and more!

The Barn is the primary area and is PACKED! There is lots of Native American Pottery, Art and Decor, lots of John Wayne Collectibles, Western clothing, chaps, leather holsters, rifle holders, gun safe, spurs, cowboy boots, cowboy hats, trains, die cast cars, misc. western decor, lots of western camping gear, cast iron cookware, lamps, artwork, stained glass, (2) vintage stoves, antique pot belly stove and so much more!

The Blacksmith Shop has a couple cool metal forges, Blacksmith tools, a dozen or so vintage branding irons, lots of large power tools, metal stools, small tables and more!  Check out the huge decorative door for sale as well!

Gated Tool Area has the most tools we have ever had! There are lots of large power tools, antique tools, hundreds of hand tools.  You don't want to miss this area!

Gas Station Area next to tool area includes old gas pumps, both antique and vintage, vintage oil pumps, oil cans, general memorabilia, lots of metal buckets, lots of rusty old vintage parts, huge "hammer" machine, metal "cutter" machine, metal barrels everything is so authentic, it is a must see!

Rear Horse Stalls has the AWESOME CHUCKWAGON, cool cowboy camping tripods, there are also  saddle blankets, saddle pads, horse reins, wheelbarrows, log splitter, antique metal bed spring, vintage doors/windows, motorcycle carrier, picnic table, diesel gas tanks, lots  and more!

Come early because this one will take you quite a while to get through!  

Please note: Due to the volume of items we will NOT be quoting any prices.  This is an IN-PERSON estate sale, we do NOT ship items.  There will be NO PRE-SALES (Except for buildings or vehicles)

BRING YOUR OWN EMPTY BAGS AND BOXES! NO LARGE PURSES OR STROLLERS!

Also, we do not post any sign up sheets.  It is first come first serve and you must physically hold you spot.  I highly recommend bringing your own boxes or wagon to hold your items in (and perhaps a folding chair because the line will start early and be LONG).  I would NOT trust the hold area at this sale as I will NOT be able to monitor it, unless you have someone standing guard over your items.  You will be allowed in/out privileges without having to wait line again to take your paid items to your car (Strongly recommended).  BRING CASH as there is a very poor signal and most likely will NOT be able to accept credit cards.

Additionally, we will be limiting people inside and requiring face coverings because several of the buildings are quite small enclosed spaces, including the house as well as the Barn.  Lastly, I strongly recommend closed toe shoes as there are LOTS of "critters" (You don't even want to know what we've had to deal with) :0
