Cash, credit & debit cards accepted (CASH PREFERRED)

If you bring children, please ensure that you keep them under control, as you will be held responsible for any breakages.

Dealers must bring a completed Tax Exemption Form to avoid paying tax.

Some bags, boxes and packing may be available, but we recommend that you bring your own.

You enter our sales locations at your own risk, and you assume full responsibility in case of any injuries, accidents or illnesses that may happen to yourself and/or any persons with you.

As we do not have “porters” on site, please bring your own helpers to load large or heavy items.

All sales are final, and the items sold “as is, where is”, and there are no exchanges made or refunds given. You must remove all your purchases before the ending of the posted date of the sale.

No price information will be given by phone, text or e-mail.

All gun or rifle purchases are made only at the sale on a cash and carry basis and only to Texas residents over 21 years old who can show a valid Driver’s License and License to Carry.

Announcements made on the sale day will take precedence over any other prior written, advertised or verbal announcement.
