We ask that you DO NOT disturb home or homeowners prior to sale start or after sale hours.

There are no public restrooms.

DIRECTIONS & PARKING
Major cross section for sale is 6 Mile & Newburgh Rd. near Laurel Park Place Mall.
Follow signs for sale, GPS may stop at or near the subdivision entrance.
• Please do not park in or block driveway of sale location. Driveway may be used for pick-up after purchases.
• Please do not block neighbors’ mailboxes or driveways.
• Park on one side of the street to allow through traffic. All street ordinances are still in effect.

Sales
• First come first serve for sale of merchandise.
• All merchandise sold AS IS and ALL SALES ARE FINAL so please test and check carefully before checkout.
• We do not quote prices prior to sale unless the item is listed as a presale item.
• We reserve the right to verify, check and/or correct any prices on items with missing or incorrect price tags.

Payment
• We accept cash & credit cards. There is a 3% processing fee for all credit/debit purchases.
• We do not accept checks.

Safety
• Please be careful throughout the home MVP is not responsible for any accidents or injuries that may occur on or near the property.
• Watch your step as you enter home.

Pick-up/Delivery/Large Items
• Please have help for large items. We do not move, load or transport merchandise.
• If you need delivery help, we can refer you to a professional delivery partner.
• All items must be picked-up prior to end of sale.
