"Seller's Permit") or Tax Exempt Certificate are exempt from California sales tax. All items are offered as found and are available on a "first come, first served" basis. We do not do holds, exchanges, returns, or refunds. We do not give out numbers or post a sign-up sheet for our sales - We start when we say we start. Delivery services are available to those not able to remove purchases prior to close of sale. If you cannot pick-up the item by the end of the sale, GoodLife Sales reserves the right to charge a "storage fee". All buyers and attendees attend this event at their own risk. Participants are responsible for their own safety.

All pieces of furniture are very high-end and highly sought after designs. Beautiful teak dining room set, Look at the Danish Modern recliner! Lawyers bookcase is beautiful, drop-leaf 40s table. Some very special 1930s steel toys (Pre-Tonka) Also a Marx Streamline train set! Bunches of hi-end camera equipment including enlargers, processors, some very strange and cool items like a strobotropic tachometer?! Canon EOS Elan II, an Olympus OM1, a CiroFlex camera, Canon 75-300mm Zoom Lens, and a bunch of camera stuff. Lots of Jewelry! A washer and dryer, numerous hand tools, 12-inch Bandsaw, planer/joiner, Delta table saw, drill press, sanding station and a working Briggs+Stratton edger. Plastic Pond liner, gardening implements and car care items too. Rock collection including crystals, geodes and rare rock samples, apothecary bottles and jars. Lots of animated Christmas decorations.
