Here we go with our last big auction of the year. We have prepared this auction with holiday gift-giving in mind. There are some very special and unique finds. Some items brand-new, others vintage or antique. One-of-a-kind quilted art pieces from talented local artist, plus her high-end Janome sewing machine and serger (let’s find a happy home for both). High-end name brands like Waterford, Noritake, Longaberger, Swarovski, Thomas Kinkaid, Royal Doulton, Lladro, Fenton, Lefton, Temp-tations, KitchenAid. Wide selection of small kitchen appliances for your holiday cooking – Food Savers, Roast-Air, Food Chopper, Juicer, Mandoline, Processor, George Forman, Cast Iron Skillets, Tupperware. Collectibles – vinyl records, baseball cards, NASCAR, Star Wars, UK Basketball, Cincinnati Reds, Derby, Christmas and more. Ladies handbags and jewelry – including 14kt gold ring. With 150+ lots – there’s a gift for just about everyone!

AUCTION #2:  Virtual Charity Cash-n-Carry Store

Since COVID, we switched our oh-so-popular Charity Cash-n-Carry Store into a Virtual Cash-n-Carry Store, where you shop online and buy items on-the-spot using the ‘Buy It Now’ feature. We are loading all of our remaining Christmas/Holiday items onto the Store over the next couple of days. (We have been collecting Christmas items from our clients all year.) Everything has been organized and lotted. Great collectibles, décor, trees, wreaths, lighting, ornaments, nativities, ribbon, tins, dining. The total number of Lots will be around 125 – the most all year! New twist to close out the year - you may win these items 1 of 2 ways. You may still click on ‘Buy It Now’ and instantly buy anything you want OR you may take your chances and bid, hoping to be high bidder when the auction closes. If anyone clicks on ‘Buy It Now’, it will trump your lower bid and the item will drop off the site for purchase. Everything must go! Check the Estate Story on the auction site for additional days/times you may pick-up your ‘Buy It Now’ items. Remember ALL PROCEEDS will be donated to a local charity(s) - focused on supporting our senior citizens. A great example of the “Circle of Life” and a great way to end our year together!

COMBINED PICK-UPS FOR BOTH AUCTIONS:

THURSDAY, DEC 17th 12:00PM – 6:00PM

Winning bidders will be invoiced electronically on Tuesday night for Auction ‘Q’ AND on Wednesday afternoon for the Cash-n-Carry Store (unless your choose ‘Buy It Now, then you will be invoiced immediately). You should pay all invoices, then plan to pick-up items on Thursday, Dec 17th between 12-6pm at the warehouse. No appointment needed. We will allow 5 cars inside the gate at a time. Look for an important email from us Tuesday and/or Wednesday night with all details on payment, pick-ups, delivery, and shipping. Note – we do not automatically charge credit cards, so you must take action to pay your invoice.

COVID-19 Compliant Details:

1. No Preview – all Preview Events are cancelled until further notice. We hope that our descriptions and pictures are good enough to ensure confidence in bidding. This will help us keep you, our employees and our warehouse as safe as possible.
2. Pick-ups – only 5 cars allowed inside the gate at a time.  Once you enter the gate, remain in your car until CT checks you in. Must wear mask.  
3. Affordable Front Door Delivery Option – stay home and let us arrange delivery to your door. Since most items in this auction are small, we will reduce our delivery fee to $25.  This may be adjusted for distance or number/weight of items. Send us an email requesting delivery after auction ends.  We will confirm the fee and schedule your delivery for Friday or Saturday. Please pay with cash upon delivery.
4. Alternate Pick-up - Need to schedule a pick-up on another day or time?  We can do that!  Just let us know and we will schedule another day to meet you at the warehouse. The following CASH fees apply:  For up to 2 lots of small items - $10. For any furniture or more than 2 lots with small items - $20 or more based on space required. This fee applies to ALL pick-ups before or after our normal pick-up day/time. Remember – you need to pay your invoice on-time, even when planning to pick your items up later. Items need to be picked up within a week of the normal pick-up day. Items left will be considered abandoned and no refund will be issued.
