1. All Items Sold AS-IS Where-IS with no warranty and no return. All item descriptions are believed accurate but are not warranteed. All bidders are encouraged to preview items prior to purchase. Please see preview times for more info. By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them. 2. Matthews Auctioneers reserves the right to accept or reject any bid at their sole discretion for any reason. Some items may be sold subject to seller confirmation. 3. 5.3% VA Sales tax will be charged on all aplicable purchases. If you are sales tax exempt you will need to produce a sales tax certificate either before bidding or at pickup. Sales Tax is not charged by Matthews Auctioneers on any Titled vehicles. Items must be paid for within 24HRS of Auction Close. CASH & All Major Credit Cards Accepted. ACH is accepted on large purchases over $2000.
