Listing Information

We have a great sale for you this week in Menifee / Sun City.  This will be out last sale for 2020!  Owner recently moved into Assisted Living so everything has to go!  

 

We truly have something for everyone!  We have (2) sleeper sofas, several end tables, (2) long dressers and matching nightstands, misc. accent tables, bookshelves.  The garage has LOTS of tools (those photos are still coming).  There are lots of unique decor items from around the world!  A large assortment of serving items, a large china set, lots of Dept. 56 Christmas Village Houses, Hallmark Ornaments, lots of dvd's, cds, and Books.  There are two really nice patient lifts, Metal Storage Shelves, Storage Containers, exercise equipment and so much more!

  

The house is super small, so we will have to limit the number of people inside.  Face coverings are REQUIRED and we also have hand sanitizer and a hand washing station for those who wish to use it.  If you are feeling ill, please stay home and join us next year! Stay Safe!

 

Also note parking will be challenging, as it is very limited in this senior condominium community.  There are additional parking spots near the trash dumpsters.  There is NO PARKING in any driveways.  Do not block driveways.  Please be courteous!
