The successful bidder is responsible for removing their purchased items from the sale. It will be the bidders responsibility to determine the sale condition on each item they purchase. All of our auction sales are final. The successful bidders are responsible for removing all purchased items immediately following the auction. All items will need to be loaded by the successful bidder, we do not provide loading help. Shipping can be arranged on any item.

A bid on an item constitutes acceptance of the item and terms of the auction. Your bid is a binding contract; non-paying bidders will be blocked from future auction at the discretion of the auctioneer. Items will be available for pick-up at the stated/posted times only for the auction. Items paid for but not picked up will be forfeit after 30 days, no refunds given.

This is a great Mid-Century Estate full of wonderful items great furniture, collectables, antiques, tools, designer clothing, vintage Christmas, Crating Items, Linens, Electronics... You must sign up for a time and pick up your items in the times we have for pick up we will not be available for pick-ups once these times expire. DO NOT bid if you cannot commit to a pickup time. (  )

Items begin closing at 10:00 am Saturday December 26th, 2020. Auction pick-up times Saturday December 26th 1:00 to 5:00pm, Sunday December 27th 10:00 am to 3:00 pm, and Monday December 28th 10:00 am to 3:00 pm. Please Sign up for a time at this website, include your invoice #. 

Please bring loading help, no loading help will be provided on furniture items, your items will be available and ready to pick up and load up, *Masks are Required to enter home for Pick-Up!!!* If you are sick please stay home and send someone else to pick up. Pick-up will be staggered in 10-minute intervals for our safety and yours.

Shipping will be available on select items, shipping is not free please contact us for shipping quote with destination zip code, all items ship from 84115. FYI shipping may cost more than the item won!

These are the only pick-up times available, items must be paid for and picked up by this time unless other arrangements are made. Shipping is available on select items please contact us for cost. You may also arrange shipping or pick-up through a third party once items are paid in full. We do not automatically charge the card on file until close of business 3 days after the auction.

All auctions have a soft close which means if a bid is received in the last 5 minutes it extends the time on the auction by 5 minutes. Auctions begin closing at 10 am and close every 10 seconds thereafter unless extended by a bid in the last 3 minutes. Auctions close in 10 second increments.

All items must be paid for by 6:00 pm on the day the auction closes. Items not paid by this time will be charged to the Credit Card on file. If the charge does not go through and is not paid for then the auction will be forfeit and you will be blocked from future bidding. Your bid is an acceptance of all condition stated in this auction.
