Terms are Cash, Debit, Credit, Visa, Master Card and Paypal.

Terms: Buyers Contract: Buyers are responsible for honoring their purchases and payment is expected in full before leaving the premises with your items.
Buyers Premium: There is a 5% Buyer Premium for this online auction.

Payment: We take Debit, Credit, Master Card, Visa and Discover as well as PayPal. We do not take Checks or American Express.

Auction Closing Schedule: The online auction closes two(2) items, per two(2) minutes, unless there is a bid made within the two(2) minutes, then the listed item will automatically go into a limited one (1) minute timed extension.

Pick-Up: Buyers are expected to pick their items up at the designated venue and time as listed on the buyers invoice.
If you cannot pick up please do not bid.

Alternate pick-up: Is available in some situations. Please contact vincent@bidrustbelt.com if you need to make alternate arrangements.

Shipping: Shipping is available although there is a minimum fee for the first item of $5.00 and $2.50 for every item there after. Pieces larger then 14" x 14" will be shipped and Packed by FedEX with additional $5.00 per item transport fee. Larger Furniture pieces will be shipped by a local carrier and arrangements and costs are made based on the units weight, size and distance.

Failure to pay for your items: If a buyer fails to contact us or show up to pick up their items they will immediately loose bidding privileges and the registered bidders credit card will be charged for the winning amount including additional associated fees.

Day of Sale Merchandise Pick Up: You must bring your own packing supplies and moving help or equipment; we do not have staff available for moving or carrying items to the car.
