EVERYTHING will be sold "AS IS" & "WHERE IS" & "HOW IS" .......that's how we sell it. There are NO returns so PLEASE.......look over your purchases carefully BEFORE buying Please inspect your purchases BEFORE buying.......NO RETURNS for any reason. NOTHING will be pre-sold !! You MUST bring your own truck, tools & help......we can not help you remove large items. ALL items that you purchase MUST be removed from the property by the end of the sale !! PLEASE.......... Were back in the OC and bringing you another wonderful estate sale. This one is located in Anaheim, close to Katella and Euclid. I will post signs off of Euclid.
