Listing Information
Let me begin by saying that this house has not been lived in for over a year, is very, very dirty and in a state of construction/deconstruction. There was a long time leak that caused a mold issue that has just recently been addressed so walls, drywall, ceilings, floors, the kitchen, etc. have been ripped out leaving lots of exposed subflooring, electrical, insulation and more. I want to make as many of you aware of this now so you can dress accordingly, maybe bring gloves and be cautious and safe. A lot of the items are VERY dirty because of all this and there is no way for us to clean them prior to the sale - sorry. Also, because of time, the situation and the sheer amount of merchandise you are going to find lots unpriced items. Please just bring the item to the desk and we will give you a fair price if it is unpriced. All I can say is think HOARDER!! Now on to the good part and why you are definitely going to want to come to this sale. It is PACKED and PACKED with great collectibles! If you are into Christmas, dolls, Santa Claus, angels, cookbooks, glassware, clothing, etc. you are definitely not going to want to miss this sale. We've got Thomas Kincade, Jody Bergsma, Belleek, Waterford, Lenox Butterfly Meadow china, Spode Christmas Tree china, Swarovski, lots of Fitz & Floyd including cookie jars and dinnerware, dozens of Hallmark ornaments, 20 or more Pipka Santa Claus', lots of amazingly gorgeous hand painted Fenton pieces, several dozen Harmony Kingdom figurines, teapots, Lenox figurines, Anri hand carved figurines, in the box newer collectible Barbies, dozens of Madame Alexander dolls, Lladro figurines, Royal Doulton, Hummels, jewelry, NIB white KitchenAid mixer, dozens of collector plates including Hummel plates, Fostoria American glassware, leather bound limited edition Franklin Library books that I don't think most of them have ever been even opened, great vintage children's books, boxes of cookbooks, gorgeous glass Christmas tree ornaments, collectible bisque dolls, Effanbee dolls, Longaberger baskets and bakeware, lots of angel figurines, barister bookcases, cedar chest, mahogany nesting tables, mahogany dining room table & chairs, grey dropleaf formica dinette table with chairs, electronics, beautiful tall glass fronted bookcase or display cabinet, mahogany buffet, lamps, cupboards, mahogany beds, dressers, chests, desk, bowed glass oak china cabinet, upright piano & bench, prints, crystal, lots of gorgeous hand decorated Polish pottery, jewelry including some Joan Rivers pieces, kitchenware and so much more! Now on to the clothing. There is literally HUNDREDS of pieces of quality women's clothing. She LOVED to shop at Nordstroms mainly (where the majority of all the collectibles came from to). Most of this stuff has been worn maybe one time if at all. There is lots of it with the tags still on them. The clothing is size XL - 1X. Shoes are 10. I saw just a few pieces of L, but these are mainly t-shirts that I think she bought to wear under something. Beautiful career type suits, jackets, coats pants, shirts, blouses, skirts, sleepwear, robes, etc. There is just no way that we could hang up everything - we did as much as possible - so there will be piles of stuff to dig through. There are also piles of linens. Again, lots of it still with the tags or in the original packaging. Gorgeous tablecloths, napkins, placemats, sheets, towels and more. I'm going to try to add more pictures tonight. What you see in the current pictures isn't even a fraction of what is there. I haven't taken pictures of the packed garage yet and we have now been working in the closets, cupboard and drawers uncovering lots more. NO earlies. NO list. NO checks. We do accept your debit, Visa, MasterCard or Discover with a $20 minimum purchase. Cash is always welcome.
