760-650-BIDS GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS All items are sold as-is, where-is without warranty. Cash, credit card or wire transfers are accepted. No checks. No loading help available for local pick up. Sales tac is collected on all purchases unless a resale certificate is on file PRIOR to the sale. SHIPPING / DELIVERY / PICK-UP Al purchases may be picked up in Temecula, CA following the auction, pick-up times will be on your invoice. LOCAL DELIVERY - We offer local delivery for $49.00 per item, plus $1 per mile. This includes all furniture items EXCEPT pianos and pool tables, you have have a professional mover for these items, SHIPPING- All small items are shipped by the most cost-efficient method. We do not mark-up shipping. We charge a $5.00 packaging fee for each box (not each item). We insure any purchase over $100 and require signature verification for any order over $50.00. PICK UP March 28 & 29, 2021 10am to 3pm Any item not picked up will be shipped or delivered at the Buyer's expense unless arrangements are made in advance PAYMENT TERMS We accept Cash, Credit Cards, Cashier's Check and Bank Wire as payment. Any purchase over $2,500 must be cash or wire transfer Payment is due when invoice is issued. VEHICLES Tax, License and a Document fee of $95.00 is added to all vehicle purchases. All vehicles are cash or bank wire only We can help with transport of any vehicle, but the expense is the responsibility of the buyer. LIVE ESTATE SALE TERMS Some items may be pre-sold, please call or email for information. Waiting lists available at the sale site at 7:00am each day. AUCTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS A 10% Buyer’s Premium will be added all purchases. Phone bidding and absentee bidding, please call 760-650-BIDS. We are not responsible for internet, network or platform errors. Any item may be removed prior to bidding, or reserve being met. We reserve the right to extend any timed auction.
