Family has been at this address for over 60 years. Part of the sale will be held in the landlord's first floor apartment, which I would like to add is bursting at the seams, but it doesn't stop there - This property is actually two side-by-side attached buildings so the entire basement of two addresses belonged to the landlord and is included in this sale - and you guessed it - FULL, FULL, FULL!!
We've done our best to set-up and display all the items for sale but this is what I would call a dig.
