Numbers will be handed out at 7:00 AM on Sat.
You will be entering the property at your own risk. If you bring your children they must stay with you at all times. All items sold as is. No refunds or returns. Please look before you buy. This will be a cash only sale. 25% deposit to hold any item while you run to the bank. We are a business and we MUST charge sales tax. If you are a dealer you must bring your resale permit with you or you will be charges sales tax.No exceptions. Note- If you buy large or heavy items you must move them. We DO NOT lift or load anything. You must bring your own help, tools, hand truck, etc. Some large items may not be movable until the end of the sale day.1:00 PM. Please ask before you buy. We provide limited bags and wrapping for your purchases. |

Hi friends, We are hosting a great one day sale in Tustin. Everything will be priced to sell. We will post additional info & photos this week. This wonderful family was orgionaly from Dubai and they brought their beautiful treasures with them. The Mrs. Was also a long time Mervins employee and loved to buy jewelry and we are finding it in every room. Additional info coming soon. We also have living room, dining room & bedroom furniture . Full kitchen ( Small appliances new in their boxes ) Beautiful China . Clothing, costume jewelry. Holiday decore ( Boxed Hallmark orniments ) Brass, copper & Crystal pieces.
