All sales are final. 2. Enter the home at your own risk. Melody's Estate Sales is not responsible for accidents. 3. Be kind and courteous to other shoppers. 4. If you bring children, please keep an eye on them....what they do is your responsibility. 5. Entrance to home is by a list , generally started by the first customer arriving. IF one has NOT been started, we will start one when we arrive 6. Have fun! DO YOU ALLOW PREVIEWS OR PRE-SALES? We proudly do NOT offer previews or pre-sales and believe that is a key element to our success.
