We do not accept Checks.

·        We are not responsible for accidents at our sale locations.

·        All Sales are Final and all items are Sold As Is.

Friday & Saturday 9am to 4pm

·        Numbers are given out at 8am every day; you must be present to receive one.

·        Please pay attention to all posted parking regulations, please be respectful of the neighbors and please do not block any driveways or sidewalks.

Directions for our sale in Chicago this weekend:

From N Central Avenue & W Lawrence Avenue in Chicago, IL.

Take Lawrence Avenue west to N Menard Avenue.

Turn right (north) on Menard Avenue to W Gunnison Street.

Turn right (east) on Gunnison and the home is on the north east corner of Menard & Gunnison.

Please pay attention to all posted parking regulations.
