NOTICE: DUE TO COVID-19 WE REQUIRE ALL CUSTOMERS TO WEAR A MASK AND PRACTICE SOCIAL DISTANCING NOT ALL OF STAFF AND CUSTOMERS HAVE BEEN FULLY VACCINATED, IF YOUR SICK STAY HOME. We reserve the right to ask anyone being disruptive, disrespectful or refuses to wear a mask or wear it properly to leave the premise. **Please note: There is no admission charge to attend any of our sales and you are not required to purchase anything, so please be kind to our staff who work so hard, and for your information we are certified appraisers and we set our prices based on our knowledge and the always changing secondary markets "fair value"  for first day prices and reduce on discount days only if our clients approves it, sometimes they don't although we encourage them strongly to do so in order to make great deals for our customers and help our client liquidate their items, therefore, please if you don't like our prices, you don't have to buy anything but please be courteous to our staff we are a small local family owned business wanting to offer a service to the community for the last fifteen years, in the every changing market it is difficult to know every items as it changes every day but we try hard to stay on top of it and just call us directly or by email, with any questions. CASH is always Preferred, As a courtesy to our customers we accept all major credit and debit cards at our cost and to give extra value to our customers VCS Estate Services does NOT charge our customers to use their Credit or Debit card like ALL other estate sale companies up to $500.00 after that a 3% charge will apply. No Personal Checks accepted. Utah State law requires that we collect Utah State Sales Tax for them at 7.25% no exceptions. Everything is sold AS-IS, No returns, refunds, exchanges or warranties so please check your items before your purchase them. All items must be taken at the time of sale as we can not be responsible for items left in the estate after purchase. The homeowners and VCS Estate Services are NOT responsible for any accidents, illness or any personal injury inside or outside the property. We reserve the right to limit occupancy of the household for crowd control, health reasons and any other issue we deem necessary. All estates are under 24 Hour Video Surveillance, and if anyone is caught shoplifting, or changing price tags (also stealing) will be refused service, asked to leave and we will contact the police and prosecute.
