SALE INSTRUCTIONS: 

1) Don't park in numbered spaces, or in front of the garages or you will be towed. We would hate to see you get towed! 

2) The line will form at the front door, on the 3rd level. You will enter and exit only through this door.   

3)  This sale includes the AETHER STANDARD,  where every item has it's own unique barcode tag.

4) ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK. We are limiting entry to no more than 15 at a time. We are not responsible for accidents or mishaps of any kind if you choose to shop at this sale. 

5)  There is limited space to make piles. Be patient. Scope out a holding spot near the checkout, if you can find one, to hold your purchases. We have NO HOLDING AREAS DUE TO LIMITED SPACE and CANNOT WATCH YOUR PILE.   

6)  PLEASE DO NOT PICK from other's piles. It will be too tempting to do so because of all the AWESOME stuff.  Please be respectful of others.  It is not beyond us to ask you to leave if you don't play nice! 

7)  PLEASE EXERCISE PATIENCE at this sale and be polite to other shoppers.  Nothing worse than a rude shopper elbowing someone else to get something.

This 2 bedroom flat in Westfield includes furniture, home decor, electronics, handmade Pinterest inspired items and more. 

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT AT YOUR SALES?  We accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover at all estate sales. There are no surcharges or swipe fees. Sorry, no checks.

WHAT ARE SOME GENERAL RULES AT YOUR SALES? 1. All sales are final. 2. Enter the home at your own risk. Aether is not responsible for accidents. 3. Be kind and courteous to other shoppers. 4. If you bring children, please keep an eye on them. 5. Have fun!  

DO YOU ALLOW PREVIEWS OR PRE-SALES? We proudly do NOT offer previews or pre-sales and believe that is a key element to our success. By leveling the playing field, we have built a large following of shoppers who know that they will always have an equal chance to purchase the most sought after items in each sale.

OUR PROCESS

All items in the estate are organized and priced by our team. Every item, whether it’s $2500 or 25¢, is priced and tagged with an item specific barcode. Our custom tags integrate with our inventory system, providing you with accurate accounting once the sale is complete. 

Family owned and operated, we manage the valuing, pricing and sale of antiques, rare books, collectibles, fine art, furnishings, high quality household goods, jewelry and select vehicles. We're often able to take everything off your hands through a variety of services, so your'e left without any worry. We have built a reputation for exceeding our clients' expectations for revenue generated and outstanding customer service. 

After an initial consultation, we will determine if an onsite estate sale is your best option. For onsite sales, our team sets up the home to be as much like a store as possible. We organize, price, merchandise and advertise for an optimal shopping experience. Sales last from one to three days, depending on the size of the estate. We provide you with a complete inventory and issue a cashier’s check within 5 business days of the sale.
