Read the following for Sign up:

-Sign up begins 05/10/21 starting at 12:00am and your number in line based on the order emails are received.

** We will no longer be accepting sign up admissions after 12 p.m. Wednesday 05/12/21**

The sale IS Open to the public. Anyone not on the list will be allowed in the home after those who signed up have entered.

Please note there maybe a wait to enter the home as we were be limiting capacity to manageable levels.

-Prices are not available prior to the sale start time.

Please note the following when attending an Estate Sale:

-Items are sold "As Is".
-Responsibility falls on the Purchaser to arrange moving of any large items.
-Large shopping bags are not admitted into the sale and may ask to inspect any outside shopping bags.
-Please inspect all items prior to purchase. Example "Plug in Electronics"
-We do not issue Refunds
-All sales Are FINAL
-We collect sales tax unless a 2021 tax certificate is provided.
