The Sale begins at 9am and access will NOT be allowed prior to this time Furniture will be advertised and may be sold prior to the sale. If there are specific pieces you are interested in, please contact us for pricing and availability. An offer box is available at the sale and we encourage customers to submit offers on any item! Large items can be picked up at the end of each day by appointment. Please bring help to load large items. All items are sold as seen and returns cannot be accepted. Blessed & Grateful nor the owner of the property are responsible for accidents or loss or damage to personal items. |

This will be an incredible sale with all of the items being brought out that haven't sold in the previous 4 sales at this house and reduced by 50% of their initial sale price immediately, then a further 25% on Thursday and 50% Friday (if something was originally $20 it will be $10 on Wednesday, $7.50 on Thursday and $5 on Friday)!
If you are a Dealer, have a store, have a stall at a flea market, if you sell on ebay or just want to make some money this sale is a MUST!
