This sale is one of a kind! The house is absolutely packed with all types of collectibles, treasures, pottery, jewelry and more! The patio is really amazing, and unique, a true Southwest statement with a great selection of Telavera, number of ceramic decorations, glazed pottery, cement statues, metal artwork, metal plants, flowers, religious statues, plenty of wrought iron and cast iron furniture, plant racks, gardening tools, and more! It's definitely best selection of various patio decor that we'd ever witnessed at an estate. 

 There's plenty of like new furniture as well, including a dining table with provencial legs, and 6 chairs, Southwest theme round kitchen table, Bassett buffet, sofa, and plenty of other Basset furniture. Kitchen will surprise you with a great selection of Southwest dishes, platters, trays, plate sets, brand new Kitchen Aid mixer (still in box), Calphalon pots and pans, cast iron pans, vintage chrome Hamilton Beach standing mixer, great number of flatware, and other great items. 

The laundry room has been transformed into a sorts of crafts room with similar to Michael's selection of everything you may need for crafting, painting, sawing, home improvement projects, etc. The garage has a whole wall of tools, handtools, electric screwdrivers, saws, some tools still new in boxes... There's about 10 different coolers, as well as decor for every time of the year - Christmas, Thanksgiving, Halloween, St Paddy's Day and even a whole shelf of Watermelon-cherry summer party supplies.
