A picker special for you this week....the house is "not perfect" and will require some digging to find everything! There is just not enough room to get everything onto tables.

(We apologize for having to close early today, however, some customers experienced some type of respiratory distress near the end of todays sale. Though nothing could be smelled or observed, better to be safe than sorry. At our client's request, The Fire Department was called and Hazmat also responded. The home was completely checked from top to bottom and no leaks, hazardous chemicals or spills were located. However, the distress was attributed to the neighbor next door sanding hardwood limbs since early in the morning and dust particles had entered the home through the open doors and windows. He has agreed to not sand tomorrow at all. All is well and we will reopen at 8am as scheduled tomorrow morning.)
