Every sale we have we want to make as easy and as fun as possible for everyone. Most of all, we want as many items as possible to leave for their new home with you! Before you read this please keep in mind a few things...We want you to have fun, and get great deals on good stuff that you can add to your collection, or re-sell, and we will do our best to make sure you get everything you came for. In order to do this and make it easy for everyone we remind you of common estate sale tidbits.

To make sure people are comfortable we will have a porta potty available.

HOW THE SALE WORKS

This is an in person estate sale where items are sold first come first served (so get there early) to the first person that gets the item. There is no bidding or online sales and we DO NOT SHIP ITEMS. You can call after 12 on the first day and buy with a credit card over the phone, but must pickup before end of sale. We price 90% of items offered for sale. We don't price little things like individual kitchen items, trinkets, etc. All the items of significant value will be priced. We sell all items well below market value.

No one is allowed in early, and no prices can be given out before the sale. Please do not call and ask for pricing before the sale. The door opens when we open the sale and we allow as many people as possible into the sale while still maintaining order and proper distancing per applicable state and local guidelines.

We take CASH, and cards if you don't have enough to cover entire purchase or just forget, but with a strict $50 minimum and $500 maximum. No checks please unless we know you. Your best deal with be with cash!

This sale has a lot of small items and we can not allow any bags that close (including large purses) in the home. You can bring open top re-useable bags or boxes to carry your items. We will have areas to make piles and attendants to assist you so you get everything you want.

We WILL help you load items into your vehicle and delivery is available for a fee. Items must be paid for in advance for delivery. Not responsible for damage or injury if we help you move items or deliver.

You can make a pile of items to make sure you get what you came for, but must purchase in a timely fashion. Please do not tag items sold on your own without prior authorization. Items are not considered sold unless they are in an approved pile or a price is agreed upon. We reserve the right to ask you to settle up with your pile at any time.

No FOOD OR DRINK other than bottled water allowed inside the home

If you break it, we expect you to buy it, please handle items carefully

We will answer questions about items if we can. We are not always at the property but will do our best to make sure its worth it for you to come to the sale.

All items sold as is with no warranty or guarantee, please test items before purchasing. We cannot let you fire up the millennium falcon in the garage, but will make sure you can test your items before you buy them.
