HOW THE SALE WORKS
Every sale we have, we sell all the items well below retail value and try our best to be as quick and efficient as possible. With such great deals, sometimes there will be a line to get in, or to pay, and we ask that you are patient with us so we can help everyone!

We offer things a lot of other companies don't....We DO HELP YOU CARRY ITEMS OUT to your car and may even be able to deliver in certain cases. We will have a porta potty on site to keep you comfortable while shopping. We will be able to arrange a later pickup date if you cant take your large item right away. (must be paid in full to hold)
This is an in person estate sale where items are sold first come first served (so get there early) to the first person that gets the item. There is no bidding or online sales and we DO NOT SHIP ITEMS. We price 90% of items offered for sale. We don't price little things like individual kitchen items, trinkets, etc. All the items of significant value will be priced. We sell all items well below market value and as is.

No one is allowed in early, and no prices can be given out before the sale. Please do not call and ask for pricing before the sale. The door opens when we open the sale and we allow as many people as possible into the sale while still maintaining order and proper distancing per applicable state and local guidelines.

We take CASH, and cards if you don't have enough to cover entire purchase or just forget, but with a strict $50 minimum and $500 maximum. No checks please unless we know you. Your best deal with be with cash!

This sale has a lot of small items and we can not allow any bags that close in the home. You can bring open top re-useable bags or boxes to carry your items. We will have areas to make piles and attendants to assist you so you get everything you want. Tons of items at this one, bring lots of bags

You can make a pile of items to make sure you get what you came for, but must purchase in a timely fashion. Please do not tag items sold on your own without prior authorization.
