Garage in this house cannot be missed as it took almost 3 days for our crew to uncover everything!

Patio at this 1.6 mln estate is truly one of a kind and absolutely fantastic, spread out throughout the amazing 0.4 acre yard! We have sunbrella firepit with chairs and like new cushions, wrought iron and tile dining table with chairs, multiple metal and plastic stackable chairs for patio and lawn game parties and so much more! There is one Soleri bell, as well as numerous chimes, planters, patio bar chairs, chaise loungers, professional electronic weather equipment, decor and more... 

Kitchen will amaze as well with numerous vintage Le Creuset pots and pans with lids. There are plenty of Calphalon pots and baking pans as well, some Cast Iron, Pyrex vintage and newer dishes, measuring cups, sets, Mikasa and Noritake China, plenty of Villeroy and Boch vintage pieces, as well as full china set of Villeroy and Boch - about 125 pieces total. Let's not forget about Lladros! Quite a collection of so-called "Flying Nuns", Don Quixote large figure (with small damage to the sword unfortunately), other smaller Lladros and Naos can be found here too. There will be an entire table of Kaiser porcelain figures and collectibles. The kitchen also has quite a few Kaiser bowls, dishes, coffee urns, etc. The lead crystal is present everywhere as well, including multiple decanters, serving bowls, dishes, etc. including brands like Waterford, Villeroy and Boch, Lenox, Mikasa and more!

We have some mid-century bedroom furniture as well, a truly amazing and trending now set, with chrome corner and sides finishes, as well as multiple beds, bedroom sets, night stand, side tables, wall tables, Twin beds, dressers, mirrors, etc. Most furniture in this household was made by Thomasville company, except few of the more modern, or more vintage furniture, such as the Early American and Mid-century pieces...

There are some Native american pieces as well including baskets, blankets, weaves, busts and statues, Asian statues and collectibles, plenty of mid-century and later original German artwork, some original watercolor and oil paintings, signed prints, and more!

The excercise/sawing room is the first one we saw and it's truly one of a kind, with 2 treadmills and matching set of small tv's in front of them! There's a whole rack of weights for excercising, as well as other gym equipment, such as steppers, bouncing balls, ankle and wrist weights, and lifting gym equipment. The Bernina sawing machine in the corner of this room is almost hidden within the great sawing center furniture piece. Once opened, plenty of sawing supplies, machine with pedal, material and other tools appear! And of course as usual we will have plenty of linens, many vintage or hand-made. Since the owners of this household used to attend White House parties, please check out 5 closets that will be full of clothing, Evening dresses and sets, Designer pieces, jackets, suits and tuxes, shoes, including military issued bomber jacket, and military Air Force outfit anch patches! There are also top military issued coats...

All in all, this sale is absolutely huge, and will require the full 3 days we're planning on running it! Huge house and so many unique and amazing finds in excellent condition! It is not to be missed! This Scottsdale sale will not dissapoint!
