Tons of jewelry: both costume, and fine jewelry, including 10k, 14k gold (diamond ring, chain, bracelets, wedding rings etc), sterling, jade and gold bracelets, and more! The furniture is a vintage and very elegant black or cherry wood lacqueur or inlaid, within Asian theme. Very ornate chairs, console tables, sofas, entertainment center, but also curio cabinets, plenty of small side and end tables, Asian figures, decor and art. 

This household utilized one of the rooms for sawing as well, and we'll have a great Husqvarna Viking sawing machine for sale, plenty of fabric, sawing supplies, thread and button boxes, patterns, and more. There's plenty of Pyrex, like new kitchen appliances, including multiple Crockpots, Instapots, coffee makers, collectible crystal and glassware. There will be loads of clothing, nice vintage jackets, handmade items, as well as a few clothing racks for sale. The garage has plenty of tools, painting supplies, handicap equipment, cleaning supplies, etc.
