HERE IS HOW WE WORK A ONE DAY SALE FOR YOU NEWBIES WHO HAVE NOT BEEN TO ONE OF OUR ONEDAY EVENTS: We priced all the main items of value as we usually do. Everything not priced will be priced by the piece, bag, or box full by our staff before or when you get the cashier - so come dig in the garage and sheds and make some piles on unpriced items and help us clean out this estate for a very nice family. Items priced are firm for at least the first few hours of the sale since this is only a one day sale and we are under contract to the consigners. About the time the clock strikes noon, priced items may also be negotiated - all reasonable offers will be considered. Remember, estate sales are fun but please realize we work all week, every week, setting up these sales and ask you respect the home, neighbors, staff, and our set-up. Our regulars know, the more polite you are with us, the better deals we work with you. SMILE AND HAVE FUN - WE WILL BE!
