·        We happily accept Cash and Credit Cards (over $20.00).

We do not accept Checks.

·        Please bring help to carry & load large items purchased from our sales.

·        We are not responsible for accidents at our sale locations.

·        All Sales are Final and all items are Sold As Is.
 

·        Sale Hours:

Friday & Saturday 9am to 4pm

·        Numbers are given out at 8am every day; you must be present to receive one.

·        Please pay attention to all posted parking regulations, please be respectful of the neighbors and please do not block any driveways or sidewalks.

Remember we are also still looking for our missing baskets. If you have one or see one bring it to us for a $10.00 Ampersand Sale Credit.

From Ridge Avenue & Noyes Street in Evanston IL.

Take Ridge Avenue north to Grant Street.

Turn left (west) on Grant Street the house is 1121 and is on the northside of the street.
