Charming clean home with 

1970's / 1980's dining room set with 6 chairs and custom table pad.  Upholstered seats in very good condition. Large china hutch with three glass doors above and three solid doors at the base. 

1970's / 1980's living room furniture - sofa with floral print and matching chair in a matching pastel fabric.  Both very well kept and clean. 

Four different end/side tables. One is round with a lower round shelf. One is a half circle, three legged table. Another is a three drawer, sturdy end table.  There is also a small side table with pull out shelf for drinks. 

Nicely upholstered recliner with arm lever action. It opens easily and is also well kept and clean. 

White metal day/trundle bed in excellent condition. Trundle pulls out smoothly.  Pink daybed cover, pillows and bed skirt are also available. 

Whirlpool freezer in very good condition. The interior is clean and it works well. 

Pfaltzgraff, cut glass pieces, blue and white ware, a variety of china cups, lenox bowl, pottery, variety of etched crystal glasses, stemware, teapots, canister set, Stangl Terra Rose vases, many tin boxes, silver pieces in pristine condition, some vintage kitchen gadgets, decorative lamps, 2 green ginger jar lamps, boxes of 78 records, 33 1/3 albums and cassettes. Books, gardening pots, all types of cleaning and gardening supplies, small white cabinets and two large garage storage cabinets.  There are sewing supplies, quilting fabric pieces, and other craft items as well as Christmas and Easter decorations. Some electronics - cameras projectors, etc.  Vintage cast metal and plastic doll house furniture, a Ginny walking doll and vintage Eskimo doll.  Some costume jewelry and watches.
