CASH ONLY SALE, no refunds, no exchanges, no returns! Bulk buyers are getting 4 hrs. early view of the items prior to the doors opening to the general public. Bulk buyers must pay a $25.00 entry fee and that fee is non-refundable but will be applied to your total. All buyers must have their own transportation and help to move heavy items.
We will not hold items overnight, there is a 2hr. hold once items have been fully paid for. Bulk Buyers must register and pay the entry fee prior to being able to come through the doors. NO CHILDREN ARE ALLOWED DURING THIS SALE DUE TO THE CONTENTS! |

This estate sale is one of the best of the best I've had the honor of presenting to Bulk Buyers! Make no mistake about not bringing your truck, trailer, and your help for this sale! Everything goes and bulk buyers will have 4 hours prior to the general public to come and buy in bulk! Make sure you have read everything because unless you are registered you will not get into the early bird bulk buyers ONLY entry. The entry fee for this sale will be added to your total order. Why wait for the doors to open to the general public when you can get in without haggling over many others. Register online and pay the fee, you will get a confirmation receipt and note that the doors will open at 8 am and close at 12 noon September 03, 2021, for bulk buyers so please make sure to bring enough CASH! |
