Terms of Sale:

Payment must be made in full on sale day. We accept CASH, & All Major Credit Cards. NO CHECKS WILL BE ACCEPTED. A 15% Buyer’s Premium is added to the final bid price of all items in house. A 6.625% NJ Sales tax will also be charged unless you are tax exempt. If you are tax exempt you will need to fill out the appropriate resale ST-3 or ST3-NR forms and you must present a Certificate of Authority to be considered as tax exempt and be an appropriate re-sell type of business. No items will be released until they are paid for.
CONDITION OF ITEMS SOLD: Bodnar’s Auction has endeavored to accurately describe all items being sold, with descriptions and photos online. We stand behind our descriptions so you can bid with confidence. We sell antiques, items that have been loved and used, we try to accurately describe any defects, however normal wear is to be expected and not described in the description. No Returns will be allowed once you pay your invoice and leave with your items.
All items must be removed the day of sale at buyer’s expense. Any items left behind will be shipped at the buyer’s expense. Shipping is available for a fee. Metered parking is in effect during this auction.
Covid-19 Statement and Protocol. We will be following any and all guidelines and restrictions handed down from the Local Cape May Health Department and following guidelines from the CDC. We will require any buyer who attends in person and has not been vaccinated to wear a mask while in the building. We will be practicing social distancing during the sale. Some areas may be blocked off during the live event. Chairs will be set up appropriately and there will be no crowding, hovering around, standing in the auction arena, etc. If you show signs of Fever or have symptoms of Covid-19 please stay home. We have the right to check you for a fever or refuse a sick buyer entrance to the sale. If you do not follow our guidelines, we also have the right to ask you to leave. We will not be handing out the items to the buyer until you pay your bill and ready to leave to help keep close interaction with everyone at a minimum. We believe in a safe and fun experience!
