Here's the story...... A well established widowed couple found love a second time......and moved together into the home we did before Christmas on Degas in Preston Hollow...Dallas of course......THIS sale will be at the ladies former home which is a gorgeous cozy cottage style home but is being torn down to build one of those mansions that are popping up all of North Dallas......this lovely lady left some of her items however the gentleman she is marrying brought over the majority of these items from his former 7,000 sq. foot North Dallas home......this explains the disarray of furniture just all over the place......as you can imagine a 7,000 square foot home requires a large amount of high end designer furniture.....which is what you will see here in each room.....FULL TO THE BRIM!!!! However......you will find more than furniture....you will find home décor and housewares items....books...art work etc.......and to top it all off......since the home is going to be demolished....aka leveled.....completely torn down.....we have been given permission to sell doors, cabinets, light fixtures.....and so much more....the only request is that we not take the exterior doors and windows so that the house can be left secure until tear down of the property occurs...... THE RULES OF DEMO ITEMS ARE AS FOLLOWS: If it is easy to remove you may take it the day you purchase it however if it is more difficult to remove we ask that you come on the last day of the sale close to the end to remove things like cabinets or counter tops........ We are running a 3 day sale from Thursday to Saturday however depending on how much remains on Saturday.....we may continue the sale on Sunday..... however that will be determined on Saturday......
