What a gorgeous house and estate sale we will be presenting you this week! Most of the furniture has been bought in 2018 and 2019, and is like new or new - it's truly a model home furniture and designer experience! The master bedroom even has a split King adjustable bed/mattress with 2 remotes, that the owners just recently bought for over $5,500 (outside of new wrought iron 4 posts bed) and will be priced to sell! Like new Tommy Bahama suite, artwork, bedding, decor and more! The master bedroom has a modern wrought iron furniture, including 2 nightstands, a mirror, bedframe, plus like new adjustable split Cal King mattress and base - absolutely gorgeous, comfortable and bought very recently! There will be also a well made Italian dresser, midcentury Lane Chest/console (needing a little love and care), plenty of dept store quality linens, towels, Columbia rain jackets, and so much more!

The patio especially is a truly fantastic find as well with like new patio set from Ashley - bought in 2019, with like new cushions, and a fireplace table, 2 chairs and sofa. There will be plenty of patio decor, including brass and metal art, ceramic rabbits, Telavera lizard, metal frog, hummingbird feeders, metal art sculpted plant, multiple gardening tools, large shed, sundeck, wooden bench and even faux grass roll!

The living room and kitchen is very contemporary with like new furniture as well, mostly from Ashley, Ladlow's, Tommy Bahama and LazyBoy. We'll have a contemporary entertainment center, with two matching side tables and coffee table, lilke new 58 inch Samsung TV, Ashley Furniture beige fabric sofa, contemporary decor, telavera vases and plates, Tommy Bahama accent chair, and breakfast table for 2, as well as Tommy Bahama dining table with glass top and matching chairs in excellent condition. There will even be a Bighorn gun safe for sale and couple boxes of ammo! There will be plenty of kitchen appliances, small and big, including a Cuisinart griddle, Roaster, like new large food saver with bags, two different wine coolers by Danby and Allavino, as well as enormous high quality Professional Ameriware 67 layer Japanese quality knife utility set in a wooden block (over $600 retail). We will also have quite a bit of Christmas presented on 3 tables, and including a whole collection of Santas, and Village Dept 56 decorations still in boxes (!!!).
