Please read over our friendly reminders/terms and conditions below before attending the sale … *The address location will be posted the day before the sale. No early entry. Sign up sheet will be on a clipboard and placed outside the home 3 hours prior to start time (at 1pm) on Thursday and one hour prior on other days. We do not hand out numbers. Each person’s name entering estate sale must be written on our company designated sign-in sheet for entry. Once you have written your name on the appropriate sign up sheet you do not need to stand around the entire time but you must be present when your name is called for entry – no exceptions. *Please respect the neighbors and the neighborhood. Double check where and how you parked. DO NOT block driveways, mailboxes or alleyways. Parking is only on one side of street. Please follow parking codes. We are not responsible if your vehicle is ticketed or towed. *Safety of our employees and our customers is important to us. Masks are recommended (especially since some areas of home have smaller spaces) but are not required if you have been fully vaccinated. However, masks are still required if you have not been vaccinated. Please be mindful of those around you, stay out of peoples personal bubble space, and maintain social distancing as much as possible. *We do not give out any pricing prior to the sale, allow presale purchases or offer shipping services. You just have to come & see for yourself :-) *This home is an older home from the 1930’s. Please be considerate of its age and use caution throughout the property while also being respectful of the home and it’s contents. *Reminder that you are entering the premises and any outdoor buildings at YOUR OWN RISK. REJOYCE ESTATE SALES LLC and home owner are not liable for any injuries that may arise. *Cash and credit cards are accepted. Cash is preferred. There is a minimum purchase price of $10 to use a credit card. No Checks. *This is a four day sale. Thursday & Friday are full price days. Saturday is half price. Sunday we will have a $5 bag & $10 box sale with larger items 75% off (this is cash only event). We will also have a bid box for offers to be considered as well. *Loading items or the moving of heavy items is the sole responsibility of the buyer. We will not be able to provide assistance. So bring some extra muscles with you if you plan on purchasing any of our larger or heavier items. *Please note there will not be a public restroom available at the sale. Sorry. *No large purses or book bags permitted. We reserve the right to check any bags before leaving. Shopping baskets will be provided. *And of course, ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD AS IS WHERE IS. No returns and No Exchanges which means ALL SALES ARE FINAL. So look over the items thoroughly before you buy. Last but not least...
