This sale is located in a private home. All guests will be asked to sign a release before entering. All sales are final with no returns or exchanges. All items are sold on a first come - first serve basis. We reserve the right to refuse to sell or provide service to anyone upon discretion. No hand bags or back packs will be permitted. We ask that you bring your own packing and boxes. We accept all major credit cards, but do not accept checks.

This is a very cute ranch style home in the heart of Sherman Oaks. There is a collection of furniture, beautiful decorative items, art and kitchen items, household items, clothing, guitars, records and outdoor furniture.

There is also a collection of fantastic vintage clothing, hats and bags. Really beautiful items! We are very aware of the current climate and everyone's safety is our utmost priority. Face masks will be required and are mandatory to enter the property, please do not forget yours as we will not have spares.
We will have hand sanitizer available and will be strictly controlling the amount of folks entering the estate.
Please be thoughtful of your neighbors, friends and fellow customers and practice sensible social distancing to avoid any potential hazards. Thank you ! We can also be cashless so contact free payment will be available and our preferred method of payment. This includes Apple Pay, Android Pay, Venmo, Paypal and NFC & Chip Cards (Debit and Credit). Please help us in preparing appropriately.
* Handbags are not allowed in the sale. * Sales Tax is charged on all purchases. * Bring packing material as this runs out quickly. Note: We will be putting an Early Bird Sign-Up sheet out front of the house at 12pm on Friday, September 9th. For those of you who want to be first into the sale.....feel free to come add your name to the Early Bird Sign-Up sheet. Keep in mind that you do not need to sign up.
