You must be 18 to register and bid.
By marking the required box at the end of the online sale terms and conditions during registration and submitting a bid, the bidder agrees to the Terms and Conditions of sale and to pay for and remove the property by the dates and times specified in the contract award email notification, if the bid is accepted. TBT Auctions places a hold of $1.00 (one dollar) on your credit card prior to bidding in order to participate in any auction. The $1 is NOT CHARGED, it is merely held by your Credit Card Company for the length of up 3 business days. The $1 is for authorization purposes only. You will not have charges against your account. This however may show up as a pending transaction on your account. BUYERS PREMIUM: A 10% buyer's premium will be added to your total purchase PAYMENT: TBT Auctions is an online only auctioneer. Payment method accepted is Visa / Master Card / Discover / American Express. TIME OF PAYMENT: Your credit card will be automatically charged for your full invoice amount at the conclusion of the auction. TAX: Local sales tax will be added to your Invoice Bidding:It is very important you review our terms and conditions prior to bidding.We will not reverse bids at any point once it is made, no exceptions. CLOSING EXTENSIONS: If a bid gets posted within the last three minutes of ending, our system will automatically extended the sale in 2 additional minutes. BID NOTIFICATION: If you have been outbid you will be notified by email ONLY UNTIL an hour before the event ends on the day of the auction event. While the event is ending, notices are not sent. Bidders cannot cancel bids. To quickly review your bids and see if you have won you can utilize the 'review bids' feature. Items that they have been outbid on will be clearly marked. If you feel you have won an item and have not received an email please contact us immediately so we can look in our system to determine whether you were the successful bidder or not. CONDITION OF PROPERTY:Condition of property is not warranted. Deficiencies, when known, have been indicated in the property descriptions. However, absence of any indicated deficiencies does not mean that none exists. Therefore, the bidder should ascertain the condition of the item through physical inspection or contact us with any questions or concerns prior to bidding. Please also reference the Inspection of Property clause. VERY IMPORTANT! You are bidding on the described item not the photograph. Occasionally, the wrong photo might be displayed, or even a stock photo might be placed in lieu of the actual item, that is why we have the preview or inspection dates set up so bidders can make sure items are just as described. Please always read the description on your items of interest prior to placing bids. PHOTOGRAPHS:When you are not certain of the condition or use of an item please bid accordingly. Photographs may not depict an exact representation of the bid item(s) and should not be relied upon in place of written item descriptions or as a substitute for physical inspection. Please contact our customer service for inspection dates and times. INSPECTION OF PROPERTY:Bidders agree to physically inspect the property upon which they bid or thereby waive the opportunity to conduct a physical inspection. In waiving their inspection rights, bidders bear the risk for any gross omissions regarding the functionality of items, failures to cite major missing parts and/or restrictions with regards to usage that would have been revealed by physical inspection. REPORTING DISCREPANCIES:Prospective purchasers are asked to inform the sales office of any discrepancies in the property descriptions discovered while inspecting the property and of any lots in this. CANCELED AUCTIONS:It may be necessary to withdraw items from bidding due to technical errors or uncontrollable circumstances. Auctions may be terminated because the property is no longer available due to; property becoming damaged; property is stolen, or property was improperly described. Items may be reoffered at a later date. An email notification will be sent to those bidders who participated in these auctions when they are terminated. DEFAULT:You must remove your won item/s within the assigned date/s and time/s. If you fail to do so, you will be in violation of the online sale terms and conditions of your contract with the TBT Auctions and will be considered "in default". Furthermore, you will lose all rights and title to the property that you failed to remove prior to the removal deadline. REMOVAL:If successful bidder appoints/designates another person or agent to remove property on his/her behalf, the successful bidder must provide the person or agent assigned, authorization allowing them to remove the subject property. The authorization must include: (1) the name of the person the successful bidder is authorizing to pick up the property; (2) the sale and lot number of the item; and (3) must be signed by the successful bidder. An email with authorization would also be sufficient. In addition to the letter of authorization, the person must present a photo id, and a signed Purchaser's Receipt and Authority to Release Property to verify proof of purchase prior to removal: otherwise removal will not be permitted. CLAIMS FOR ITEMS SHIPPED: Once the item has been shipped and confirmation that item has been delivered, you have 3 days to submit a claim to TBT Auctions. After 3 days, TBT Auctions and buyer agree that no claim will be granted and no refund will be issued. REFUND AMOUNT:The refund is limited ONLY to the purchase price of the erroneously described property. LIABILITY: Liability shall be limited to the refund of bidders purchase price only. TBT Auctions does not forfeit the buyer’s premium. LIMITATIONS: TBT Auctions reserves the right to change the online sale terms and conditions. Bidders are cautioned to periodically review these terms and conditions for possible changes. SUCCESSFUL BIDDERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR PACKING, LOADING AND REMOVAL OF ANY AND ALL PROPERTY AWARDED TO THEM FROM THE EXACT PLACE WHERE THE PROPERTY IS LOCATED, AS INDICATED ON THE ITEM DESCRIPTION PAGE FOR EACH ITEM THAT THEY PURCHASE ON THE TBTAUCTION.COM WEBSITE. THE PURCHASER WILL MAKE ALL ARRANGEMENTS AND PERFORM ALL WORK NECESSARY FOR THE REMOVAL OF THE PROPERTY, TO INCLUDE PACKING, LOADING AND TRANSPORTATION OF THE PROPERTY.
