Sale to begin on Friday - January 30th @ 9am through Sunday February 1st. Items not sold at Estate Sale will be transported to Auctionhouse for final liquidation on 2/6/2015. We welcome all to this fabulous sale. Before you pay retail for fine quality furnishings - visit an estate sale - you will be surprised at what you will find ! DETAILS TO FOLLOW MainStreet Auction Company offers furniture delivery within 15 miles of the sale location - Delivery fee $50.00 Fine print: MainStreet Auction Company does not allow shopping bags on the premises as you shop - we will gladly provide customers with plastic bags to aid in the selection of items. MainStreet Auction Company does not babysit children. All parents are expected to hold the hand of each child as they enter and walk through the home. Estate Sales are held at private residences and therefore - MainStreet Auction Company reserves the right to remove people who do not respect the estate sale guidelines. Private residences do not offer public restrooms. MainStreet Auction Company does not charge sales tax, however the State of Georgia does. This sale will be held in Cobb County and therefore 6% sales tax will apply. If you are tax exempt - please bring a copy of your tax exemption for our records. MainStreet Auction Company accepts all forms of payment. Cash / Check / Credit. Proper ID is required for check and credit purchases. If checks are returned by the bank for NSF - a $30 NSF fee will apply. If credit is used ( no AMEX ) a 3% fee will apply. MainStreet Auction Company prosecutes all shoplifters.
